Ok.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. Maybe you didn't but it doesn't change how crappy your customer service was and that it cost me money to wait on the line unnecessarily. As a potential customer I shouldn't be made to feel that way regardless of my purchase intentions. What you should be taking away from this is, the possibility that your customer service is losing you customers, and not finding a way to put the blame on me.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;3. This statement shows your very ignorance of online shopping. There are many online stores that provide the same products as Amazon and it is not my fault you choose to not look for them. Many online retailers offer a far greater level of service. For example &lt;a href="http://Play.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;Play.com&lt;/a&gt; offers many of Amazon's core products and they ship much faster with no additional cost.
