2. most likey not in MF's intrest to sell a client 5/6 phones in one go. We get calls all day fors bulk orders. but cant sell as phones are usualy subsidised.
To be frank- if you are not impressed with Amazon's service, then you might as well give up shopping online!!

2. Maybe you didn't but it doesn't change how crappy your customer service was and that it cost me money to wait on the line unnecessarily. As a potential customer I shouldn't be made to feel that way regardless of my purchase intentions. What you should be taking away from this is, the possibility that your customer service is losing you customers, and not finding a way to put the blame on me.
3. This statement shows your very ignorance of online shopping. There are many online stores that provide the same products as Amazon and it is not my fault you choose to not look for them. Many online retailers offer a far greater level of service. For example Play.com offers many of Amazon's core products and they ship much faster with no additional cost. Often their prices are better too.
I appreciate your opinions and feedback on the Google Shopping comment but I think you really didn't do your company a favour by representing yourself this way and responding as you did.
