Thanks for your positive comments about my presentation. One clarification - the Facebook network I was referring that has about half a million members is the Calgary network of Facebook. It is not the City of Calgary's page or group. I mentioned this to support my point that Calgary as a city has high usage of social media already and it makes sense for us to use them to communicate with the citizens. Sorry, if I misled anyone in the presentation.
