Roger Kondrat - Online Communicator: All Spammers should DIE a lonely DEATH

  • Jonathan Bailey · 1 year ago
The best thing that you can do is, if you content is lifted by a spam blog, is file a DMCA notice with the host of the site, in this case Blogspost. Google is a bit of an odd beast, requiring a handwritten signature, but there is a way to email a notice in if you feel the need.

If none of your work is involved, you can contact the rightsholders and have them do it. The DMCA requires that the copyright holder or a "designated agent" for them file the notice, If you want, direct them to me and my site, I'll gladly help them or yourself with this process.

This site should be easy to shut down, it's just a matter of filing the proper complaint to the proper people...

Let me know if I can help!

    Hi Jonathan

Generally speaking I know this but since its only been read in passing I really appreciate that you took the time to write it down as anyone who reads my post will likely (like me) be really interested in what you just said.

Also your offer for help, supremely appreciated.

    Cheers

Very welcome. Do let me know if I can help. I am glad that you knew this though, it means the information is getting out there! The more everyone knows, the more effective we all are against the spammers and plagiarists!

I think the information is getting out too but it still is far away from the mainstream. Fingers crossed it becomes common knowledge one day.

Same here, though it seems to be getting more mainstream every day...
